the old waterford
arms hotel has recently been transformed by the fitzgibbons hotels
group into the new fitzy's waterford hotel. the
refurbished hotel features a new gaming room and bar, new bistro-style
restaurant, and an upgraded sports bar.
this series depicts
the brand new restaurant (complete with woodfired pizza
oven), the courtyard dining area, and the new gaming room. bookings
